School has been crazy lately and I haven't been able to catch up on my reading. Hopefully by June I'll be accepting books again :)

"It’s always a pleasure and an honor to be featured on Jude Henderson’s blog. Jude was one of my first reviewers, the first person to interview me online, and she has since participated in one of my blog tours. I highly value her reviews because I write YA, and Jude is a genuine YA-aged blogger! And for a YA blogger, she has a truly professional site. She clearly takes reviewing seriously: her reviews are genuine, honest, and insightful. As an indie author, I’ve had my share of ‘drive by’ reviews, where the reviewer just recaps the back blurb of the book, then gives a two-line “review”. Not so Jude Henderson; she really puts thought into hers – and personality, too! Her interviews are great, too; the questions really made me think, and I had a lot of fun answering them! For any author approaching Jude Henderson for a book review – you will definitely receive a professional-level review."

I feel very fortunate and honored to have gained the praise of GoodReads reviewer and blogger Jude Henderson writer of Between Writing and Reading blog for my books in my Moreno Brothers romance series. She has a huge and loyal following of readers who know her to be an honest and straight forward tell-it-like-is reviewer. It's always good to have a go-to reviewer when looking for a good read and for many Jude Henderson is just that go-to reviewer!

Genre:
Only Young Adult Novels. Paranormal, Contemporary – almost any genre of YA. Though it does have to have at least little bit of romance – Yeah, I’m corny :3. My favorite genre of all is Contemporary!!
Format
I would be Forever Grateful if you could send me a hardcover, paperback or whatever but, The Book. I read everything on my computer because my kindle died [R.I.P.] so I only read PDF's and only when I'm home, so it takes a bit longer to read. So if you have a PDF you can let me know of your book and I'll consider it :)
Time-line:
I don’t do time-limits, though I will do my best to review it soon. If it’s an e-book, the review will probably take longer. Keep in mind that I'm a slow reader! not exactly because I am slow, more because I'm a busy girl. I'm Finishing my freshman year in college, I run a blog and a 4900+ members Book Club on Goodreads. And I have two dogs. and a cat that's gonna be cooked next Christmas if he doesn't learn to behave x)
Reviews:
I do honest reviews, and I am not rude. I always looks for the positive in a book, and am very clear with the fact that my taste in books won’t be the same as everyone else. I Always ALWAYS post my review on Goodreads and if the book is good I'll recommend it to all of my friends. I can also post a review somewhere else if requested, and feel free to take my review and place it somewhere else, though please mention it came from me
My Reviews: I want to be clear on my taste and reviews here, so here's a little bit of background on me. My favorite genre of all is Contemporary, that says a lot about me for starters, so I will always go for those books first, and are the ones I rate as Amazing most of the time, so if you see a paranormal book that was amazing and I only thought it was OK, it is not because it was not amazing, it's because it was amazing but not my favorite subject.
I don't read things with vampires in them... not on purpose, I just don't, if a book is about a vampire I'll probably won't buy it or even read the summary, It needs to be Highly recommended or you just have to shove it down my throat x) . They are just not my favorite, it's curious even to me... what I do love are Werewolf's! for some other unknown reason... ^^
How do I know if I really Love a Book? when I underline the text in books. I'm a quote searcher. I search for meaning behind words and I am a strong believer that words have layers, that's why I like realistic fiction, I feel like on other genres I can't get much out of a book, though they do have important lessons. Also when they stay on my mind a lot, I can't stop thinking about them and just have to read them.
As for why I give most of the books I read a good rating?, well, as Kristi from The Story Siren once said, I don't buy books I don't think I'll like! I do a lot of research before I buy a book, I don't have a library card and I only have one friend that reads in English and we don't share taste in books, so I have to buy ALL of my books and I do not buy a book unless I'm sure I'll read it and with a 90% chance I'll like it. Yes I get disappointed sometimes but I really am careful with my picks, and usually when I just finish a book I am so excited that I just give it an amazing rating, then I realized that it is no longer on my mind and change it something a bit lower. I try to take deep breaths and think really well what I think about the book before rating it though!
