-A girl called Alexis who has trust issues due to her parents. Her best friends mean the world to her, and she refuses to date anyone that doesn't fit completely in her 'Perfect Guy' list.

My Review:
From the summary you get the idea that the story revolves completely around Alexis and Damien's relationship, which it somehow does but there was so much going around that I really don't think it was the first element. This is what I think made the book so good, that there were many intertwined stories, twists and that every character was involved.
Damien has 3 brothers and one sister, these guys were a handful and so funny through the book! Especially the twins, everything that happened inside their house were always the best parts. Each brother is unique in its own way and they all have their own stories. Alexis also had many close friends that were a big part of the story, each one also with their own little tales. Surprisingly it wasn't hard keeping up with each character, I admit I did got a little bit confused with the names here and there but I always found my way back x)
The only things I had trouble with the story was that - at least in my kindle - when there were two L's the second one did not appear. So it was like this: real y or actual y, so I got confused at times, and that I sometimes wasn't sure in which characters mind I was in, but, like I mentioned, I always figured it out :)
The title of this book could not fit any better the story, because against all odds all of the characters make it through their inner struggles. Damien saw Alexis one day at the beach and he instantly wanted to be a part of her life, and somehow, from that moment, things start falling into place, with his family, with his friends and with Alexis.
You know how the saying goes 'Sometimes things need to fall apart, so they can fall back together' :)
