Grammar Proof

As many of you know, I'm Mexican, which means I speak/understand/read/write in Spanish; however. I live on the border, which means I also speak fluently and understand English. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I actually learned how to write and read English, which means I am no excerpt. This semester I am taking an advanced English course in which they are showing me grammar rules and how to use punctuation marks - turns out we use comas and periods differently - I just went back to see some older posts of mine; I feel completely ashamed. I have many problems with apostrophes and a bunch of run-on sentences. *Face-palm*

So I'd just like to mention that I'm not exactly stupid, just ignorant x). Have no fear! I shall be writing decently in no time. I really apologize for the mistakes in past posts, I'll slowly be fixing all of my reviews and such. And if you guys ever notice some mistakes, please point them out! It'll be greatly appreciated :)
