Top Ten Tuesday (5)

Top Ten Reading Goals for 2013

1. Read a least 65 books, which is the number of books I read in 2012.
2. Read 5 books at least before buying more.
3. Read/Listen? more audiobooks.
4. Read no more than 2 books at the same time (already failing on this one)
5. Read more paranormal books.
6. Read Pride and Prejudice.
7. Read the Lord of the Rings books.
8. Read something from John Green (Halfway there, already started with Will Grayson, Will Grayson)
9. Read every single day at least half an hour. Even during finals, I will make time.
10. Read the books I want. I don't know if this one even makes sense, but last year it felt like I was reading out of compromise more than out of pleasure. I just want to enjoy my books this year.


I am determined to do number 2 and I need to work harder on number 4. As for point 6 and 7, I love the movies so so much, I really want to read the novels. Wish me luck! What's your TTT?

1.- Regina from Some Girls Are: Biggest Bitch of all.... and I can't believe I'm saying this but I ended up loving her u_u

2.- Sam from Before I Fall: the girl you just want to hate, but can't...

3.- Lindsay from Before I Fall: I don't know which one's worse, Sam or her.... forget that. Lindsay's worse.

4.- Alexis from Choker: God I hate her! NO SYMPATHY!!!

5.- Zoe from Choker: Yes! another one from Choker!

6.- Courtney from Th1rteen R3asons Why- maybe not a bully, but definitely a Mean Girl... grr... pisses me off!

7.- Tori from The Darkest Powers Series (Book 1-2-3): She was a witch and definitely played the part! wish she wold have gone far away from the story with a broom stick!... but even worse than her, her mother O.O

8.- Skye from Tangled: Spoiled Brat. Tortured soul. and... Spoiled Brat. Jmp!

Mean Girls, grrr! sometimes all you want to do is hate them and get rid of them! the real life ones and the ones in books... but they are a necessary pain. In both I think u_u

Top Ten Books you just HAD to buy, but are still sitting on your Bookshelf...

1.- Going To Far: It will not stay on my shelf anymore!!! curiously I started reading it today :DDD!

2.- Delirium: Got it the same day it went out, started, but then my SAT's came and a bunch of homework and It got forgotten around the way. will not end DNR!!!

3.- Anna And The French Kiss: I don't know why I haven't read it....

4.- Forgive My Fins: I'll read it soon I swear! (I think I made that same promise a few months ago, hmmm)

5.- Beastly: I'm just plain lazy on reading this one

6.- Putting Make-up On Dead People: It's on my Laptop... that's a turn of u_u

7.-The Haunted: I LOVED the first book - The Hollow by Jessica Verday - I don't know what happened but, I just don't wanna read the Haunted anymore, even though I got it the same day it went out :/

8.- The Darkest Divine: I still SOOO wanna read it... I'll have to make some time

9.- Zombie Vs Unicorns: I just got lazy....

10.- Lide, After: Just realized I have it in my shelf O.O...


Conclusion: I'm a Bookaholic..... Buy more than I can read. xD

Jamie's Top Ten Books She Wants To See Made Into Movies

I know it's not Tuesday but I have just GOT to participate on this one!!! as you know, I am an aspiring writer but, have I told you I am also an aspiring Director? well yes. I am actually going to study that. Well, not really, I'm gonna study Digital Graphic Design, - because Movie Director as a career here does not exist :// - but then I'll go on and do my master degree in Direction - it is possible. and so here are the list of books I hope one day to see become movies and others I plan do direct myself :DD!   (Most of the Books Listed have already been reviewed so, check them out!)

1.- Th1rteen R3asons Why: OMG. This book made such and Impression on me. I swore to myself I would never read it again and that I would never read another books with someone dead or about to die in it xDD!. I broke both rules. I Plan to Direct/Produce the movie of this book some day. If someone beats me then ok. At least I'll bring the Coffee! I will be involved :DD

2.- Delirium: I really want to see this Book come to life!! and I soo, soo, SOOO hope I can one day do it

3.- White Witch Pond: I haven't finished reading this book but, Oh boy, I already have TONS of Ideas as to how to make this one a GREAT movie, or short film. Great Story :DD

4.- Choker: I would like to see this book become a movie. I'd LOVE to also direct it, I imagine it directed to the Catherine Hardwicke style.

5.- Across The Universe - such great book!! It would be a LONG movie, but I would definitely like to see it in the big screen! not directed by me though

6.- If I Stay: such a beautiful Book, luckily this one IS going to become a movie :D!

7.-You Wish: This one would be a VERY funny movie :D

8.- Clockwork Angel: they may be making The Mortal Instruments into a movie, but I just though this book was better. FAR more better... according to me of course ;)

9.- Hush Hush: dark, sexy, Patch..... Movie.... do I need to add more?

10.- I ran out of books here xD... umm.... my last pick would be.... Intertwined though It would be hard to make that one a movie.
